Who we are

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form: your name, email, optionally phone and company, the message, the page language, your IP address and browser type, and the moment you gave consent.

Why

To answer your enquiry and to protect the form from abuse. The legal basis is the consent you give with the checkbox in the form.

How long

Enquiries are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically. You can ask for earlier deletion at office@enter.bg.

Cookies

The site keeps only your cookie choice (180 days) and a session while you send the form. The Google map on the Contact page loads only if you allow it; Google may then set its own cookies and receive your IP address.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. Write to office@enter.bg.
