Software development
When off-the-shelf software forces you to change how you work, or you already run five programs and three spreadsheets for the same job, it is time for a system built to fit. We write web platforms that follow your process — warehouse, production, fleet, sales — and keep them running for years after launch.

Our approach
When custom software makes sense
Packaged software is a sound choice when your process looks like everyone else's. Bookkeeping usually does. Warehousing, production and customer service often do not. That is where each business has its own rules — who signs off a request, how goods are split during cross-docking, when a machine goes in for maintenance — and those rules are what make the business work.
The usual signs it is time for your own system: the data for a single order sits in several programs and nobody is sure which copy is right; staff keep spreadsheets on the side because the system will not let them do something; licence fees climb with every new user while you use a fraction of the features; or there is simply no product that does what you need.
The reverse also happens. If a good packaged product already covers most of what you need, we will more often advise you to buy it and connect it to your other systems than to write everything from scratch. Custom software is an investment, and it has to pay its way.
Benefits
What you get
Shaped to your process
The system follows your rules for approval, allocation and reporting, not the reverse.
Designed with its users
We talk to the people in the warehouse and the office, not just to management.
Prototype before code
You see the screens, the price and the timeline before development begins.
The code is yours
You receive the source and the documentation. Nothing is rented and you are not locked in.
An API from day one
Every system can talk to tills, couriers, banks or an AI agent.
Support for years
Monitoring, backups, updates and new features, with 24/7 cover for critical systems.
What we have built
Most of our work is in manufacturing, logistics and retail, though the portfolio is broader than that. Some of the systems we have developed:
- Cross-docking, request-management and SGP management software for Euro Games Technology.
- A vehicle management system (VMS) for PSA.
- Axion360°, an all-in-one software platform, and around it a POS and CRM for Axion Clean, a client portal for Axion Edom and a check-in mobile app for Axion Security.
- Factura24.es, an invoicing SaaS for the Spanish market, built on PHP and MySQL.
- Davam.bg, a classifieds marketplace.
- DimitrovAuto.eu, car management software connected to other systems over a REST API.
How we work, from first conversation to sign-off
The first step is a visit, not a specification. We come to you and watch the process as it runs today — in the warehouse, in the office, at the till. We talk to the people who will actually use the system, not only to management, because they know where the real workarounds are.
Then we build a prototype: clickable screens for the main steps plus a written estimate of cost and timeline. You see what the system will look like before a line of code exists, and changing direction at that point is cheap. Development runs in short stages, each ending with something usable — goods-in first, say, then picking, then reporting. Each stage is signed off on its own, on a test environment loaded with your real data.
The estimate is broken down by stage and each stage has its own price. If something needs to change along the way — and it nearly always does once people see the first screens — we agree the change and its cost before doing it, not afterwards.
Rollout covers moving data across from the old systems, training your team and a few days when we are on site or on the phone while people settle in.
What is under the hood
We write web applications. They run in the browser on a PC, tablet or phone, with nothing to install on each machine. The back end is usually PHP with MySQL: stable, easy to maintain and widely known, which matters if you ever want to carry on with a different team. Where large volumes need analysing, data also goes to BigQuery.
Every system comes with roles and permissions, an audit log and a REST API that other software can read from and write to. That last point matters more than it seems. The system you build today will need to talk to the tills, the courier, the bank or an AI agent tomorrow, and it is far better to have that door designed in from the start.
Speed and security are not an afterthought. A warehouse operative scanning hundreds of boxes a shift should never wait on a screen. We test with realistic data volumes, and access runs over HTTPS with restricted permissions and logged sign-ins.
What you get
We do not lock clients in. If you decide to take over maintenance yourselves or with another supplier, the code and documentation are enough to do it.
- A working system rolled out at your site, with your data migrated.
- The source code and the rights to it. The system is yours, not rented.
- User documentation and a technical description for administrators.
- A trained team, and a named person on our side you actually know.
- Backups and monitoring from day one.
Years after launch
Process software is never finished; it changes as the business changes. A new warehouse, a new product line, a new requirement from the tax authority. Support covers monitoring, backups, security updates and fixing problems, and runs 24/7 for critical systems. New modules and changes are delivered in the same short stages, each with its own estimate.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How much does a custom system cost?
It depends on the number of processes, roles and integrations, so we will not quote a figure without talking first. After the visit and the prototype you get a written estimate broken down by stage, so you know what each part costs and can start with the one that matters most.
How long does it take?
The first working stage usually takes weeks rather than months. The full system grows step by step, and you use the finished parts while we build the next ones.
Who owns the code?
You do. You get the source code, the rights to it and the technical documentation. If you ever want to continue with another team, you will not need our permission.
What happens to the data in our old programs?
We migrate it as part of the rollout: items, customers, stock and history, as far as the old system lets us extract them. We do a trial migration and check it with you before the final one.
What do you need from us?
Someone who knows the process and can sign off each stage, access to the people who will use the system, and sample data. The sooner we see real cases, the fewer surprises later.
