Training
The best software is useless if people do not know how to use it, and AI is risky if they use it without rules. We train teams on site, in small groups and on their own tasks: how to work with AI, with the system we have rolled out, or with their store and website.
- AI with clear rules
- Step-by-step materials
- Organised by role
Our approach
Why training is a service of its own
Every rollout we do ends with training for the people who will use the system. Over time, though, we noticed that companies need more than that. Staff are already using ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools — some well, some riskily, most without a clear idea of what is allowed. New people join and nobody teaches them the system their colleagues have used for years. The store or the website has features nobody knows about.
So we also offer training as a standalone service, for teams that want to get more out of the tools they already have, or to start using AI sensibly, knowing what it can do and what it should never be used for.
Benefits
What you get
Small groups, on site
Everyone tries it on their own computer or phone instead of watching from the side.
AI with clear rules
How to use AI at work, and which data must never go into it.
Step-by-step materials
Short written instructions every participant can come back to later.
Organised by role
Warehouse, sales and management each learn their own part of the system.
Store and website
Products, orders, promotions and pages in WooCommerce, OpenCart and WordPress.
Questions afterwards
We stay available for questions for several weeks after the session.
AI in everyday work
This is the course we are asked for most. It is not a lecture on what artificial intelligence is. We start by asking what your people actually do all day — write emails and quotes, summarise documents, translate, look things up, build spreadsheets and reports — and show how AI helps with exactly those tasks, using examples from your own work.
The other half matters just as much: what not to do. Which data must never go into a public AI tool — customers' personal details, contracts, financial information. How to spot when the model is making facts up, and how to check an answer. When the output is good enough for a first draft and when a person needs to write the thing themselves. By the end, each participant has a set of approaches that work for their own tasks, and the company has a draft of short internal rules for using AI.
For managers we also run a separate, shorter session: where AI genuinely makes sense in the business, what it costs, what the risks are and how to judge whether a process suits an AI agent or an integration. The aim is for decisions to rest on concrete examples rather than headlines.
- Writing and editing emails, quotes and website copy.
- Summarising long documents, contracts and minutes.
- Translating and checking text in a foreign language.
- Help with spreadsheets, formulas and reports.
- Which data never goes into public AI tools, and why.
- How to check an answer and catch a made-up fact.
Training on your system, store or website
When we roll out a system, we train by role. The warehouse operative learns goods-in and picking, the sales rep learns quotes and orders, the manager learns the reports. Each person sees only their part and practises it on a test environment with real data before going live.
We also do this separately: for new starters, for teams using only a fraction of what their system can do, or for companies that have taken over a site or store from another supplier. On WooCommerce, OpenCart and WordPress that means adding products and variants, handling orders and returns, running promotions, editing pages and news, and finding the reports. If we built the system, the training is given by the people who built it.
How a session runs
We prefer to come to you — the office, the warehouse, the shop — because people work on their own computers and devices there and the questions are real. Groups are small so that everyone tries things themselves rather than watching someone else click. If your team is spread out we run the training online, still with a hands-on part.
Beforehand, we ask who will attend, what they do and what you want to achieve, so the content is built for them rather than generic. Afterwards, everyone receives written materials — short step-by-step instructions they can open whenever they forget something — and for several weeks we are available for questions.
Training your technical staff
If you have an in-house IT person or team who will take on part of the maintenance, we train them too: how the system is put together, where the configuration and logs live, how to take and restore a backup, how to apply an update and what to check afterwards. It follows from our principle of not locking clients in. If you wish, your own people can take over day-to-day care after the training, and we stay on for the harder problems.
What you get
We do not issue certificates, and we do not promise that a single day will turn anyone into an expert. We promise that people will leave the room with things they can use the very next morning.
- Training prepared for your team and your tasks.
- A hands-on part on your own devices, with your own data.
- Written step-by-step materials for every participant.
- For AI courses, a draft set of internal rules for AI use.
- The chance to ask questions for several weeks afterwards.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How long is a training session?
It depends on the subject and the group. A course on AI in everyday work is usually a half or full day; role-based training on a system may be several shorter sessions. We settle it once we know who is attending.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on length, number of groups and the preparation of materials. We put it in writing once we know who the participants are and what they need to learn.
Do participants need technical knowledge?
No. The AI and system courses are for people who use a computer at work, nothing more. Technical training for IT staff is run separately.
Can you train our people on a system you did not build?
Yes, if it is a web-based system, store or website we can look at beforehand. We get to know it first, then prepare the training.
Do participants get a certificate?
We do not issue certificates. Participants get written materials and the chance to ask questions afterwards; the aim is that they can use what they learned straight away.
Is your team using AI without any rules?
Tell us who your people are and what they work on. We will propose training built around their tasks.
